My company, LCV Conversion GmbH, is a service company for the automotive industry (OEM), automotive dealers and -suppliers. Through it I have been operating internationally for many years, focusing on the French-speaking world. I fulfil the roles of a strategic consultant and interim manager.

I founded the company in 2013. In April 2018, I was nominated as Interim Manager of the Year 2018.

„Interim Manager of the Year 2018“

Heinz Vollrath is interim and project manager as well as consultant in the international automotive environment.

The AIMP (federation of Interim Management Provider) has honored him for Leading a service and maintenance department for trucks and construction machines.

The award for “Interim Manager of the Year 2018” went to Heinz Vollrath, who was nominated after an excellent interim management mandate by a family driven business from Baden-Württemberg, supported by the provider AC ALPHAMANAGEMENT GmbH.
